At Vivekananda College of Skill Development, we offer two admission intakes every year—one in January and another in July—to provide flexible entry points for students aspiring to enhance their professional skills and career prospects. This biannual admission system ensures that learners can join our courses at times that suit their individual schedules, without waiting an entire academic year.

The Academic Calendar is carefully crafted to support students admitted in either cycle, clearly outlining key dates, academic milestones, holidays, and events for seamless progression through their chosen programs.

Orientation Programs: Conducted twice a year, immediately after each admission cycle (January & July), to welcome new students, introduce faculty, course structure, and resources.

Continuous Internal Assessments (CIA): Scheduled regularly in each semester for performance evaluation and academic support.

Examinations:

Mid-term exams for January batch occur around May-June, while July batch mid-terms happen in November.

End-semester exams are held in November-December for January batch and May-June for July batch.

Internships & Practical Training: Organized based on semester timelines, aligned with student intake to maximize industry exposure.

Workshops & Seminars: Planned throughout the year to cater to both batches, promoting skill enhancement and industry insights.

Holiday Breaks & Festivals: All official holidays are observed during both academic sessions, with breaks adjusted for the two-semester system.
