Advanced Diploma Courses

✓ Minimum Qualification: Class 12th (Higher Secondary) passed or equivalent.
✓ Age: Minimum 17 years.
✓ Prior experience or exposure in related domain adds value (not mandatory).

Application Process

Step 1: Online/Offline Application

Apply through the official website www.vcskilldevelopment.in OR collect the form from our admission cell.Fill out the application form carefully with valid information and documents.

Step 2: Document Submission

Upload or submit self-attested photocopies of:

✓Marksheets (Class 10th, 12th or equivalent).
Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
✓ Passport-sized photographs (2–4 copies).
✓ Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
Migration Certificate (for out-of-state applicants) .
✓ Caste or Disability Certificate (if applicable).

Application Review & Verification

All applications are reviewed by our admission committee. Candidates may be invited for a short interview or counseling session (online/offline) depending on the course.

Step 4: Provisional Admission & Fee Submission

On approval, candidates receive a Provisional Admission Letter.Pay the course fees as per the prescribed structure (semester/year-wise).

Step 5: Final Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed after successful payment and document verification. Students will be issued an admission receipt and ID card.

Fee Payment Policies

Payment options: UPI, Net Banking, Cheque/DD, or Cash (at campus).
Late paymentMay attract penalties or result in admission hold.
Non-refundable once paid are non-refundable except in rare circumstances as per college’s refund policy.

VCSD support: VCSD supports inclusivity and diversity in admissions. Reservation as per institutional policy:
SC/ST/OBC/PWD:Seats reserved as per prevailing norms.
Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): Fee concessions and scholarships available. Girls and marginalized students are encouraged to apply and avail scholarship assistance.

Lateral Entry / Bridge Courses

Students who have completed related certificate/diploma courses may seek lateral entry to higher-level programs (Advanced Diploma or B.Voc).

Eligibility and credit transfer will be evaluated case-by-case by the academic committee.

Important Notes & General Policies

Admission is strictly merit-based and subject to the availability of seats.
VCSD reserves the right to cancel admission at any stage if incorrect or fraudulent information is found.
Courses will be conducted in English, Bengali, or bilingual, with practical and industry exposure.
Attendance of minimum 75% is mandatory for final assessments.
Students must adhere to VCSD’s Code of Conduct and Discipline Guidelines post admission.
