The Academic Calendar at VCSD provides a structured timeline of academic sessions, examinations, internship periods, holidays, admissions, and other key activities for students enrolled in Diploma, Advanced Diploma, B.Voc, and Bachelor-level programs. Each academic year is divided into two primary semesters:

Internship & Practical Learning

VCSD integrates mandatory internship modules into all major courses. Internship opportunities are aligned with the academic calendar and typically span:

Diploma Courses: 1–2 months (May or November)

Advanced Diploma & B.Voc Courses: 2–6 months (Based on semester/year)

Bachelor Courses: 2–3 internships over 3 years.

Internships are planned with industry partners in healthcare, hospitality, IT, design, and tourism.

Mid-Semester Evaluation: February & September

Final Exams (Semester-End): June & December

Results Declaration: Within 30 days of exam completion

Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to qualify for examinations.
